Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, an appointment is required. Each appointment is approximately 15 minutes long.  Please let us know if there will be more than one person for an appintment.  We will confirm date and time based on availability.

Does the welding process hurt?
No, the micro-welding process is painless. We do suggest our guests where protective glasses if they want to watch.

How do I clean my bracelet?
We suggest warm soap water and a soft toothbrush to remove any dirt and debris from the bracelet or anklet; followed by a warm rinse to remove and residue.

What if my I break my bracelet?
We curated a collection of solid link chains that are durable but there are limitations to their durability. Should the bracelet break within 30 days of purchase we will weld it back on for free. After 30 days, we can weld it for a nominal fee of $20. There may be additional charges if the chain is damaged severely. Lost bracelets will not be replaced.

Are there any restrictions?
Unfortunately, we cannot weld a bracelet onto anyone with an implanted medical device, like a pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implants or insulin pump.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes, the minimum age is 10 and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
