what is a custom design event?

Our custom design event is a wonderful experience when you can create a piece of jewelry that is completely unique to you.  You can start from scratch or bring in diamonds and gemstones that you would like to incorporate into something new and beautiful.  

After a little "get to know you" session, the sketch artist will draw the design right in front of you.  Putting your ideas to paper.  Don't have any ideas?  That's okay.  We'll work with you and come with a spectacular design.

Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, an appointment is required. Each appointment is approximately 1 hour long.  We will confirm time-based on availability.

Should I bring my old jewelry with me?
Yes, please bring your diamonds or gemstones if you plan to use them.  It is recommended to stop in before your appointment and we can prepare ahead of time.

What if I don't have any gemstones?
That's okay, we can still design the piece you are looking for and supply the gemstones or diamonds if needed.

How long does it take?
Once the design is approved, it takes about 4-6 weeks to create your custom design.

Can you use my old gold?
In most instances we cannot use "old" gold as the casting process can cause the new piece to become porous and more fragile.  We do not recommend it for the longevity of the new piece.

What do I do with my old gold?
You can trade in your old gold and use the value towards your custom design.
